Birth Yourself It is your time to birth yourself, birth yourself, You are stronger than you know, It is time to release yourself from the stones of your past, leave behind their stories. The age of family guilt, blame and sacrifice is over, Let go of the ocean of your self-undoing, be transformed by the inner firers of your soul, walk on into the light of your truth, taste the sweetness of your freedom, filling the air you breathe. It is time to realize you are a gift to yourself you are a gift to the world. It is time to shine your light give your gifts to the world.
